4. Consideration of function, aesthetics, initial cost and
operating costs, when specifying.
5. Standardization of fixture and lamp selections among
different architects, if applicable.
6. Special attention to flagship stores. Meetings available
upon request from Architects.
7. Consideration of budget during design.
8. Realization of availability of products specified.
