Dear John:
I wanted to take this opportunity to write and tell you that what we discussed in 2003, about your proposed $180,000 plus project, was exactly what you said it would be during the next few years. The system as you proposed was installed in our new furniture store in July 2004 and was up and running with very few problems. You told me back then that I would re-coup the “extra” money I was spending on the system over halogen lighting in energy savings along with having a state-of-the-art lighting system for my beautiful new 50,000 square foot furniture store. You hit the nail on the head. I have spent over the past three years the same amount of energy costs that I did in a 15,000 square foot showroom with “old fashion” halogen lighting. The heat they would give off and the bulb changes were enough to kill any bottom line. It has been over three years and I have not had one metal halide fixture light burn out yet! I cannot believe that these bulbs have lasted so long and how this system has proven to be everything you said it would be.
If anyone has any questions or you would like to have them call me for a reference....please feel free.
Another bonus for your company is that everyone cares about the client. I have had some minor issues with a warehouse fixture (1 out of 25) and even after four years, your people are still in our corner, standing behind the products you sold us.
Thanks for all your help.
Sincerely,
Bruce Selik

Hi John,
Just letting you know that the lighting reviews for TNF at Portland were very positive! As a matter of fact, everyone was impressed with your lighting design. You did a brilliant job with it! Please refer to some of the attached photos. The North Face at Tyson’s Corner is schedule to open toward the end of this week and we have already started receiving some great review comments on this one as well. Thanks JOHN! Great Job!
Again, thanks for everything! ….and keep up with the great work.
Best regards,
George. |
