Lighting material product knowledge, choices, availability, warehousing and scheduling are basic services that you should expect as a customer. If your current supplier is providing all of this and you are happy, perhaps this is enough and there is no reason to read any further. If you are already receiving prompt and courteous service, it sounds like your needs are being met.
